Search Queries
A name or place submitted through a search box passes directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log or stored copy of the terms entered.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email messages are retained as needed to prepare and send a response. They remain within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive basic technical information whenever a visitor loads a page:
- Page-view timestamps
- Device category and operating system
- Referring site, when one is available
- Visited pages and the time spent on them
- Browser name and version
- The device's assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Small files called cookies help measure page traffic and common exit points. Analytics providers combine that activity into site-use reports. A browser can block cookies, although disabling them may change how some functions behave.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We neither compile nor sell a database of personal criminal records. Our material identifies how to reach Warren County Sheriff Records, Warren District and Circuit Courts, the Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or third-party criminal record, and we are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Independent companies power the search boxes. Their own privacy terms govern submitted information, retention, and sharing. We cannot set those practices. Read the provider's policy before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, Kentucky court portals, state agencies, legal-aid resources, or outside tools. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to observe activity across sites for targeted advertising. We do not operate that tracking.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed to these limited recipients:
- Advertising networks that serve placements
- Search providers that process a query
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
- Analytics companies that measure traffic and performance
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard safeguards protect collected data. No internet system is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied data, we will remove it promptly.

Applicable Kentucky consumer-protection law, including the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, KRS 367.110 to 367.300, may provide additional rights. The Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 to 61.884, governs records of public agencies rather than this private site. Subject to governing law, you may:

- Seek correction of inaccurate information
